Refactor dropdown to use project wide server backed management and reuse the name manager for application/assigned flows. Deployed 0.8.7

Simplify name manager and update date handling for nullable fields.

Refactor emT3 startup/config flow, compare server and client revisions, fix Common.Ini, cleanup and add-row append behavior, and centralize client modal handling

Improve TasksHTML row management,  header info, and layout scrolling; add insert-below-selected row behavior end-to-end; implement scroll position preservation

Add task row delete/select workflow with focus retention, sticky column headers, and Enter-to-commit item number reordering.

Add server-backed task row insertion with next item_num, and remove old blank-row auto-create behavior. Implement row reordering by editable item_num, including transactional shifting logic and integer task_item_id cleanup across server/client.

Add Google Sheets–style reportedBy/assignedTo dropdown name manager with client-side offcanvas add flow and local option updates in TasksHTML

Implement URL-based JWT login (VCL-issued codes), migrate server/client to etask + web_tasks/web_tasks_url, add task-id API flow with blank-row creation, and update Web Core app to load/save grid via GetTaskItems without the login form. Still testing.
