Add submitter confirmation emails; split contact vs demo logging into separate tagged log files; remove subject/submitted-on from confirmation; update text on forms

Folder rename and big cleanup commit - server and client updated to current deployed version on nuc (autoupdates)

lots of little tweaks to css, added JS handler in the project file to make sure the pages start at the top when navigated to, just needs an update to the ini file in the config folder of the server to make sure contact form sends from and to the correct places

email server created with EM.ini in config folder, updated navbar to animate when scrolling, added footer links

need to add email server, learn button connectivity and some styling tweaks but pretty much finished

Created all of the pages and connected them with hashes, reworked entire grid system for clarity on all pages and lots of styling on navbar and footer
