expand complaint details data model and endpoints (updated uqComplaintDetails, added history/contacts/warnings queries + endpoints) and refactor client ComplaintDetails to tabbed DB tables (remarks/history/contacts/warnings) with memo-type toggle filters. Fix navigation/JS bridge routing via View.Main, correct form injection/scroll behavior, and add sticky summary + controls with loading spinners for tab fetches.

Switched complaint map to Leaflet popups, updated the popups to match current app. Fixed details click wiring, and tightened popup/list card layout & CSS.

priority badges added to complaints, default markers created and added for complaints and units without types, updated server code to handle these, committing while handling unstable VM

Connected to entcad database, uniqueries created with all fields, initial complaint list endpoint created, cleaned up more envoy calls issues
